Wholesale Program Information:

Ordering: You can submit your order via our Order Page, or e-mail by sending us the product and quantity to info@avlcraft.com. You can also give us a call during wholesale business hours at (855) 858-2420. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day through our online wholesale store.

Payments: All orders must be paid in full prior to fulfillment.

​Shipping & Fulfillment: Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery from purchase date. We send all orders via USPS.  Shipping cost is calculated by USPS based on weight. All orders over $100 include free shipping.

​Wholesale Returns: We will accept returns within 5 days of order delivery for any unopened products for a full refund or store credit. Products that you wish to return must be returned to us within 30 days of purchase for store credit. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the credit balance for orders 5-30 days old.

​Wholesale Pricing: We strive to bring our wholesale partners the best, vetted, high quality products for your customers at a fair and profitable margin. Wholesale prices are set at 50% of our suggested retail prices.

Products purchased by our wholesale partners are not to be resold on sites such as Amazon, or internationally. Please contact us for E-Commerce approvals within 90 days of account activation.​
